Ariel Hendler has been a pivotal force behind Meriton’s success, contributing across multiple departments with a strong focus on innovation and excellence. At just 24, Ariel showcased his early vision and drive by successfully launching and completing his first residential development, Escada, in Mascot. His passion has since evolved into ensuring the long-term resilience and quality of Meriton's properties. As Director of Asset Management, Ariel oversees the Meriton Built for Rent portfolio, the largest of its kind in Australia, and plays a key role in the operations of Meriton Suites. He spearheaded the rebranding of Meriton's large in-house rental portfolio into what is now the Meriton Built for Rent portfolio, distinguishing the company as Australia's largest provider in the market. Ariel also led the charge to implement new software across building management and maintenance, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. His commitment extends to the strategic refurbishment and maintenance of all divisions, ensuring Meriton's assets align with modern standards. Ariel's dedication continues to elevate Meriton's reputation for quality and forward-thinking across the real estate landscape.
