How does it work?
Simply refer a friend or family member to buy a brand new Meriton apartment, and you will receive a sensational bonus. It’s as easy as that!
What happens next?
If your referred friend or family member purchases a brand new Meriton apartment*, and is not already registered on our database, you will receive a referral fee of up to 1% of the total purchase price – up to $10,000 less any taxes – which will be paid upon successful settlement of the contract**.
What should I do?
Remind your friend or family member to complete a Meriton Registration Form onsite, nominating you as the Referrer – then trust that they fall in love with a stunning Meriton apartment, just as you did.
And you can refer as many people as you like, as long as they are not previously registered on a Meriton database.
