James Sialepis is Meriton’s National Director of Sales and Marketing, where he leads all sales operations that generate over $1 billion in annual revenue. Since joining the Meriton sales team in 1996 while studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics, James has risen through the company, managing and continuing to oversee a range of divisions, including residential, commercial, retail, childcare, marketing, and land acquisitions. With a strong passion for property development and a deep commitment to Meriton’s mission, James has been instrumental in driving the company’s success in delivering national and international award-winning masterplan communities. His comprehensive expertise and hands-on approach across critical areas has kept Meriton at the forefront of the industry, ensuring it continues to set benchmarks in community-focused masterplan developments. Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2015, James remains a key figure in Meriton's strategic growth and transformation.
