Harry Triguboff Anticipates Stronger Growth in 2022

We maintain a confident outlook for 2022. Demand for the sale and rental of apartments is extremely strong, with a huge number of inspections and transactions across all our sites last weekend. This is a very positive sign considering we are still waiting on more people to return to work. As international borders re-open we expect demand to increase further, especially across the inner-city rental precincts popular with students and visitors.

Our occupancy in the New Year for serviced apartments was especially strong in Parramatta, Brisbane and Bondi Junction, with the Gold Coast exceeding all expectations accommodating holiday goers from around Australia in record numbers.

We must continue to drive the economy forward and prosper together whilst building even better developments than we dreamt of in order to meet the huge demand.
