Meriton’s New Zetland Acquisition

Managing Director Mr. Harry Triguboff was excited by the prospect of further development in the Green Square precinct, an area he has become all too familiar with over the last decade. Triguboff’s Meriton successfully created a mixed-use community on the former ACI site now known as Crown Square, which encompasses over 2,200 apartments and a shopping centre. The success of Crown Square encouraged Triguboff to embark on yet another community called Victoria Square Zetland, which is well under construction and selling fast.

Meriton’s initial design will include 5 buildings ranging in height from 7 – 20 levels that will take advantage of the breathtaking 360-degree views. The yet to be named development will enjoy a 4000 sqm park which residents will be able to call their backyard, nestled within the 5 buildings. Meriton plan to provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a retail component strip.
