Meriton’s Second Release Of Epping Park

Australia’s largest residential developer, Meriton Apartments, has released the second stage of Epping Park to meet overwhelming buyer demand that saw the first stage sold out before completion.

Meriton National Sales Manager James Sialepis says the speed at which the first stage release sold out confirmed the company’s confidence in the desirability of the location and dwelling mix.

The second release includes the largest two bedroom apartments within Epping Park, in single and split-level maisonette layouts. Most apartments face a desirable north aspect, enjoying panoramic district views. The unit mix is complemented further with a range of over-sized one bedroom plus study and three bedroom apartments.
