Ocean Receives Prestigious Global Award

Meriton’s Gold Coast development, Ocean, will be honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards later this year. Meriton will compete against the best property professionals across the Asia Pacific region to be recognised in the Residential High Rise category.

Ocean is Meriton’s first beachfront tower in its 60-year history. Taking 4 years to complete and a total of 2.3 million labour hours, 48,000m2 of façade, 10,400 tonnes of steel reinforcement, and 74,000m3 of concrete. Ocean has set a new standard of living on the Gold Coast and redefined the Surfers Paradise skyline.
