It soars high above the Brisbane CBD and has become a majestic landmark. Now Meriton’s 74-level Soleil Tower has received global recognition as Australia’s Best High Rise Residential Development.
Meriton received the accolade at a recent presentation in Kuala Lumpur as part of the International Property Awards’ 2013 Asia Pacific regional competition.
Meriton’s Soleil development was up against three other Australian developers and was chosen by a panel of 75 independent judges.
The International Property Awards have been established for over 20 years and are globally recognised as a mark of excellence.
Commenting on this year’s award winners, IPA President Stuart Shield said: The entries that we receive from the Asia Pacific region become more impressive year after year. The winning companies have outshone their peers and proven exceptional levels of professionalism and competence in their field. Attaining one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that Meriton is capable of outperforming some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive Asia Pacific property arena.
Opened in September 2011, Soleil was designed by award winning architects DBI. The tower’s 464 premium apartments boast incomparable city and river views while offering an unmatched quality lifestyle surrounded by the very best resort style facilities.
Soaring 234m high, Soleil is the city’s tallest residential building, a title that will soon be relinquished to Meriton’s Infinity with construction of the company’s second Brisbane residential tower due for completion in July.
